Loose Leaf (Camillia Taliensis) is picked fresh off the tree, quickly brought back to the “factory”, and steamed to prevent oxidization and lock in the fresh green color. It is then gently dried, with warm air, for packaging. After that, you can put some leaves in a steeper, place the steeper in your cup, wait about a minute, then enjoy the best tasting green tea you’ve ever had. By enjoying a nice cup of green tea, you get the benefit of all those healthy nutrients inherent in green tea.

Tasting Notes
This Green Tea has a very smooth, slightly sweet vegetal taste, with a medium body. It has a buttery and somewhat silky mouthfeel with little aftertaste and no astringency
Preparation
Place strainer into cup or teapot, then fill strainer with 1.5 tsp / 2 gr of loose-leaf tea.
Fill cup with 8 fl oz / 240 ml of fresh water heated to 190 deg-F / 88 deg-C.
Infuse for 30 – 45 seconds.
Repeat for at least 3 more infusing’s using slightly longer steep times.
